This will for sure not be my last penguin! I love them they are so cute and so easy to do! I hope you like it. I used Essie Belugaria as my base for these, I hated belugaira when I first used it, it was a thick gross mess! But after my third time I am thinking I need a back up bottle! (I got mine at rite aid)
