Autism awareness nails

April is a good month for me, partly because I love blue nail polish! and partly because my amazing 6 year old is autistic. All nails I do this month I dedicate to my son Landon and to all the other people with autism!
Usually I do a monthly mani faves at the end of the month but this month will be different I will be posting once a week with ALL the nails I do this month!

This is Landon over the last 6 years!

fan brush nails using Zoya sailor and breezi (sailor is my new fave color!)
For these I used OPI I saw you saw we saw warsaw and Zoya breezi

Saran Wrap nails

I love doing saran wrap nails! for these I used the pinks from the China Glaze city flourish collection.

There are a lot of tutorials on YouTube for saran wrap nails however I will still explain what I did since I know a few will ask ;)
I painted my nails regular with Spring in my step letting dry completely
I then painted a thick coat of Thistle do nicely and before it could dry I dabbed it with a crumpled piece of saran wrap.
same thing for the rest of the pinks!
You can do this with as few or as many colors as you want and it is fun and you always get something different!

March Squarehue Box

Squarehue sent me their March box to review so before I get into that...the facts!
you get 3 bottles of polish a month,
Squarehue is a monthly nail polish box sub that comes to 19.99 a month,
They donate to charity right now they are focused on human trafficking.
You can sign up at squarehue.com

Now the fun part! my review!
the bottles are square my OCD is very happy!
The box was small and there was no "fuss" I did not have to clean "guts" off my floor for 10 minutes!
When I saw the polishes im not going to lie I was a little afraid they look really sheer and I did not have high hopes BUT 3 coats and they were perfection! (I am already planning some nail art with Notre Dame).
These polishes do not have an overwhelming polish smell..you know?
over all I would highly recommend squarehue to anyone IMO this is one of the better sub boxes! So head over and get your box!

The polish!

3 coats

this is my favorite of the 3 it looks like a hot mess i put my sweater on before they dried :( This is also 3 coats

the box!

3 coats

Ciate Dolls House Collection

Usually when I get an entire collection I am already positive what polish will be my favorite so I swatch that one last so I can wear it for a while, When I opened the door to this polish I thought oh no! what am I going to do??!! They are all so beautiful so I ended up just swatching them in the order they came in! I was not at all disappointed in this collection, Each color was so beautiful, Each picture below in 3 thin coats , and can we just talk about the finish? holy wow! I love it!!! I need more of these in my life and I really hope Ciate makes more!! I purchased this set from Sephora.com for 25.00 and it was worth every penny!!
